Universities and Universities of Applied Sciences charge tuition fees from students arriving outside EU/ETA countries. There are some exceptions to tuition fees, which you can check from here. I recommend you contact the universities you are interested in directly in order to get more detailed information, such as tuition fee amounts and scholarships.
